About me
With a blend of UX leadership and technical depth, I connect design and engineering teams to move faster and more effectively. I'm currently at Fidelity, where I lead design system work, prioritize initiatives across multiple teams, and mentor other designers — always trying to stay close to what the people actually using these tools need.
How I work
I set a high bar. Not just in output, but in how much thought goes in before I commit to a direction. The bar is less about raw talent and more about refusing to stop at the first workable answer.
I believe in knowing your history. Understanding why something works the way it does or why a past decision went wrong usually matters more than jumping straight to a fix. It's easy to repeat a mistake you never actually understood.
Small things done well add up. Consistency and care at the small scale is what makes something feel trustworthy at a larger one.
Outside of design, I enjoy tennis, chess, history, astronomy, and cooking.
