I led the UX strategy and cross-functional delivery to replace an antiquated, cloud-based portfolio management and trading platform used by asset managers. The modernization effort reduced operational complexity, improved advisor workflows, and eliminated $13M in recurring annual costs.
I led the end-to-end associate experience for a financial operations platform designed to modernize fragmented institutional workflows. The work brought together task management, account context, routing logic, and platform standards into a more unified experience, helping reduce average associate ramp-up time from 18 months to 7 weeks.
I led the creation of Prism, a system-first design foundation for a long-term, multi-product financial platform. After an existing component library failed to scale, I proposed and led a shift toward shared principles, accessibility standards, reusable assets, and system-level guidance that reduced rework and accelerated delivery across teams.
